Job Overview
Provide dedicated administrative support to a Mitie team to ensure effective and efficient operation as directed by your line manager. The role will encompass the delivery of wide variety of tasks, with a focus of this role being the deliverance of excellent administrative service.
Main Duties
Efficient clerical and administrative support as required including but not limited to:
- Monitor and chase work orders on the Maximo system
- Liaise with the engineering team to ensure that work orders are completed within the contract KPI’s
- Provide minutes for internal and client meetings
- Liaise with sub-contractors and ensure contractual visits are programmed in
- Purchase Orders & invoicing on the SAP system
- IT equipment management and records keeping
- Act as the central contact for the team, fielding and redirecting calls where required
- Ensure all associated paperwork is completed and maintained in an orderly and timely manner
- Assist in the distribution of communication material and presentations
- Any other requirements of Line Manager

- Proficient IT skills including Maximo CAFM system, MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, and comfortable with numerical reasoning.
- Engaging communicator demonstrating influencing skills and an ability to adapt approaches to differing audiences.
- Well organised, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage competing demands. Strong multi-tasking capability, project and deadline oriented.
- Maintains effective work behaviour in the face of setbacks or pressure – remains calm and in control of themselves.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
